Important — Please Read Before Using This Platform

CNA-Ready is an educational study tool only. It is not a substitute for a state-approved CNA training program, not a guarantee of exam success, and does not constitute professional medical or clinical advice.

1. Educational Purpose Only

All content on this platform — including study modules, clinical skill walkthroughs, practice quiz questions, flashcards, scenarios, and documentation exercises — is provided for educational and exam preparation purposes only.

This content does not constitute professional medical advice, clinical instruction, or a state-approved nursing assistant training program. CNA-Ready is intended to supplement, not replace, your official CNA training program.

2. Not a Replacement for Required Formal Training

State nurse aide training programs require completion of a minimum number of classroom, laboratory, and supervised clinical hours before a candidate may sit for the competency examination. For example, Arkansas requires a minimum of 90 hours of training (74 hours of classroom and laboratory instruction plus 16 hours of supervised clinical experience), as mandated by the Arkansas Office of Long-Term Care (OLTC). Other states have similar or greater minimum-hour requirements.

CNA-Ready does not satisfy any portion of these required training hours. Use of this platform cannot substitute for, or be credited toward, state-mandated classroom, laboratory, or clinical training hours. Learners must complete a state-approved training program through an accredited school, hospital, or long-term care facility.

3. No Guarantee of Exam Results

Completing courses, achieving high quiz scores, or earning a high readiness score within CNA-Ready does not guarantee that you will pass your state's CNA certification examination. Exam performance depends on many individual factors. CNA-Ready makes no representations or warranties regarding any specific exam outcome.

4. Not Affiliated with State or Government Bodies

CNA-Ready is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any state health department, the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP), Headmaster LMS (D&S Diversified Technologies), Pearson VUE, or any other state or federal licensing authority or testing vendor.

Depending on your state, the CNA competency examination may be administered by Headmaster LMS, Pearson VUE, or another state-designated testing vendor. For official exam registration, scheduling, and requirements, contact your state's nurse aide registry or your state-approved training program.

5. Clinical Skills and Medical Information

Descriptions of clinical skills, procedures, and patient care techniques are provided for study purposes only. Clinical skill steps described in this application are based on general CNA curriculum guidelines and the NNAAP competency framework. Always defer to your state-approved skills checklist, your training program instructor, and your employer's policies when performing clinical procedures in a real healthcare setting.

Video content referenced in the Video Library is provided for supplemental educational viewing. CNA-Ready does not create or control such third-party video content. Learners should defer to their state-approved checklist if a video's steps differ from their program's curriculum.

6. Content Accuracy

CNA-Ready makes reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date. However, CNA examination content, state regulations, and clinical guidelines may change. We do not warrant that all content is current, complete, or error-free. Users are encouraged to verify information against official sources and their training program's curriculum.

7. No Professional Relationship

Use of CNA-Ready does not create a professional, clinical, or educational relationship between the user and CNA-Ready. No content on this platform should be construed as a recommendation for patient care or clinical decision-making.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CNA-Ready shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or reliance on information provided through this platform, including but not limited to exam failure, employment decisions, or patient care outcomes.
